It was very clean. Quiet and convenient to the Airport. Received an email prior to arrival stating a Parking charge of $20.00 per night will be charged but was charged $22.00 per night at the check in desk. Very deceptive.

The property was clean and well stocked. Staff was very accommodating. They offered a free shuttle to the airport and our driver got us super close to our bag drop off without us asking! Only complaint is that our room had a balcony to the mezzanine that was quite loud, even with the doors closed and curtains drawn. Would still stay here again!

This property has the friendliest staff, very helpful. The shuttle service goes above and beyond to get you taken care of. I will be staying there again. It is a lil pricey but for service it’s great.

The best part was the valet parking. Our room was not clean the toilet had black mold looking stuff all over. We are Hilton honors and i truly hope theu do something so no other guests have to stay in filth as we did

The heater didn't work the entire time we were there and they couldn't get it fixed. A discount or another room for our inconvenience, no not at this place. The breakfast process was ridiculous and the options were miniscule.

My room was very old and rusty. Cracks on the roof and corners, carpet coming out of many corners, very trippy room where carpet and floor meet. Not at all worth the price. Only the lobby looks clean but everywhere else is like a cheap motel. Elevators reeked of pot and smoke. Also, I was overcharged for valet parking. The Expedia email said valet is $25 whereas the hotel charged $30 per night.

Me & my family just recently visited Orlando & chose this property for our stay. Upon arriving, I had high hopes being that I’ve stayed in several Hilton properties before. Check- in was smooth & the staff was nice but the room was very underwhelming.
