Horrible smell in the room, smelled like wet sour towels, mold present. Couldn’t stop sneezing for one hour in room. Staff very responsive brought ozone machine & asked me to leave for an hour. Delicious meal at the little Bistro, great service. Its obviously a moldy carpet issue in many rooms

Perhaps I missed it when booking this room, the $21 per person additional charge for breakfast came as a surprise charge. I came in to catch an early morning flight, I just needed a comfy bed, hit breakfast and shuttle to the airport. There were lots of other options in the vicinity for a lot less and breakfast was included. Everything else was excellent. I had already booked my return overnight stay. I will just skip the breakfast and dine elsewhere.

Absolutely exceptional. Our shuttle from the import was quick and easy, and upon arrival we were greeted by Marie and Allison. They were friendly and welcoming and went above and beyond to make sure that our stay was enjoyable and relaxing, from getting us squared away to helping with bag tags for our cruise as we were checking out. Will be staying again when I’m in Orlando next, would rate higher if possible
