The property itself was ok. We were there for less than 15 hours. Shuttle was clean and on time. Customer service at check in was lacking, also they charge you $45 if you want to check in anytime before 3pm which was interesting since the rooms were empty and ready to go. I really gave it 4 stars instead of 2/3 because we did get a call after from management after we raised concerns with the front desk staff and I felt like she heard us and was apologetic for the experience we had with the staff. Not sure we would come back to this location, but we may try a Hilton brand again.
