The room wasn’t the cleanest. The bathroom had some mold around the bottom of the shower. The bed was super hard and uncomfortable. The breakfast was just ok. I have never been at a hotel that charged you a parking fee. I’m not sure I would stay here again.

Very disappointed i have stayed at many Hampton inn hotels but this time was horrible the breakfast options were poor the room wasnt clean for 2 days even after complaining it still was the bare minimum the tv didn’t get reception for 3 of the 4 nights the wifi was nonexistent

My husband & I loved our stay. Everything was in walking distance. Be prepared to pay a deposit fee and parking fee even if you prepaid. Download the Hilton App to make your reservation. We loved Pensacola beach, everyone was so friendly and helpful.

Good view, good hot showers with great water pressure, good breakfast. Over $16 a day to park in an open parking lot in Jan is just greedy. The outdoor "hot" spa pool was less than 100 degrees and felt cold and was unusable. After talking to management, nothing changed.

The property is adjacent to the beach, which I thought was the best thing. The room was large enough, and was clean. The only thing was that our room was not made up by anyone during our 2 nights visit to Pensacola. Overall, I would still give 5 star.

Negatuve - Difficulty checking in, as no instructions and gate was closed and unlabeled. Stayed for 3 nights and no service to the room even though it was scheduled. We had to empty our trash and get toilet paper and towels from front desk. Positive - Breakfast was great and had variety. Front desk staff was friendly and helpful. Location to the beach was amazing. Lobby was clean and beautiful.

The hotel is old and needs updates - The view is the only thing it has going for it. Special note - you have to pay to park (this is NOT mentioned anywhere on Hotels.com)- once you get inside there are signs informing you.

Less than perfect
Room was unsecured when we went to check in. TV did not work, just said no connection. It was late and didn't glwant to wait to get it fixed. Went to shower in the morning, not soap in the provided bottles. Tawanna was excellent in addressing the issues.

This property is very clean and the staff is super supportive. My only con would be the handicap parking is a distance from the front door and spaces were very limited. Several spaces were taken out and used to charge electric vehicles. The closet spaces were for VIP Hilton Members. If mobility is an issue I would suggest making different accommodations.
