Was my first time on the ground floor and i stayed across the hall from the pool and beside the elevator and front desk, i dont know where the sound came from but it sounded like there was a snow plow going pass our room all night but from outside our bedroom door, and couldnt sleep well, other then that it was a wonderful stat

I booked two rooms by accident. The first was in October. Then booked one beginning of January. I did not need two rooms. The hotel would not give me a refund for one of the rooms. Terrible customer service. I will not be booking for any Days Inn in the future

The staff are very courteous, helpful and accommodating. Patrick was great. He even made a follow up call to make sure all was well after settling in to our room. Our room was clean and the bed and pillows very comfortable.
