I like that food was available at certain time. What i didn't like are the automatic elevator was out of service. Also, as I walked in the room for the first time, I've noticed there's high chlorine scent. The noise level from housekeeping at the other rooms in afternoon while trying to rest or nap was not a good experience.

The love the look and style of the hotel, especially the front door. Very elegant and chic. I had an amazing and unforgettable experience. Property is beautiful. The staff is very polite and accommodating. Create location quiet area of Tampa and near shopping. A 4 minute drive to the airport was fantastic. I would stay here again and I highly recommend.

This property was beautiful. The only issues I had was one elevator and no microwave in the room and the lighting was dim to do makeup. very minor! I arrived and was able to check in early which was great the beds were so comfortable I wanted to take the mattress home. The hotel was quiet and very clean! I would recommend!

All was great except our room was adjoining next to the laundry room. Washer machine noise was bothering all day and night to the point you could barely hear the television and the loud cleaning employees outside our door. Other than that, it was a nice place. Restaurant was great for all meals.

This is a beautiful property, and I plan on staying here again in a few months. It has clean, modern rooms, nice bathrooms, friendly, personable staff, a fun bar with games nearby, delicious food, and excellent service. I didn't like that only one elevator was operating, but I understand that this was due to the hurricane. The gym could be improved—especially lighting and some fresh air.
