"The Mount Royal Hotel is in the ideal central location in Banff making everywhere accessible including Ski runs as the shuttle pick up point is the car park to the hotel to the rear of the hotel. The bus stop to the Gondola and Hot Springs is located just across the Road. The rooms were very clean and the beds really comfortable. The staff at reception were always helpful and friendly."

"As a family of four with two teenagers, we had a great two week stay at the Elk and Avenue. Staff were helpful. Parking in Banff can be a nightmare. Our vehicle was over the 6' 1" allowance for the hotel car park but we were offered alternative parking at the back of the hotel at a great rate. Easy walking distance to shops, restaurants etc. Great looking hotel with areas to sit and just chill if needed. Room service was good, no matter what time you left the room. Nice hot tub and sauna. Only downside was the work being done in the lobby rest rooms and interruptions to water. This shouldn't affect people staying in the future though. Highly recommend staying here.
