We only stayed one night and had to wake very early for a hot air balloon ride. The staff was great and made us a continental breakfast pack the night before that we put in the provided fridge. Overall, a great place to stay very close to old downtown Napa..

The Elm House was awesome! The staff were helpful, kind and always attentive, the room and lobby were as clean as it gets and the location was perfect. An easy walk to downtown shopping and oxbow market.

The property was very clean. The beds were very comfortable. The receptionists were friendly. The location was perfect from the location of our activities.The continental breakfast was ok. I would have preferred a hot breakfast. What I disliked was the guests were older age not friendly. I also disliked they didn't have a ice machine and the receptionist had to give you the ice and it was not much.

Had the best time here! The breakfast is nice , no meats normally but fresh waffles and omelets with veggies. We walked to several places and then drove to nice places. Only reason it’s 4 stars is it felt more like a hotel versus bed & breakfast.

Overall- We loved it !
The rooms were very nice and cleanly. The staff was super nice. The breakfast crew seemed to change day to day. One breakfast crew was super accommodating for vegetarian options with the omelettes , the second crew the next day refused to accommodate for vegetarian options. But overall we were very satisfied with our stay. The hot tub was very clean and easy to use. There are no elevators for second level accommodations. It was very close to Napa downtown if you wanted to walk. If you needed Uber or Lyft, they usually arrived within 5 minutes. We loved it.
