very clean rooms and no lingering smells. early morning (6 am) doors started opening then a loud close.. we went down to breakfast at 9..and the food was not fresh and just warm..i know not many people using the hotel during winter months. so i do understand..but was disappointed

Rooms were very nice. Breakfast was okay. Rooms were quiet, but surrounding areas a bit noisy. All the staff were great. I would definitely recommend it to others.

Incredible staff ,,was given upgrade with bottle of wine for EXPEDIA travel ,,almost unheard of ,,, have stayed few times before , but this service was exceptional,, yes bit pricey but worth it when in the mountains,,highly recommend

We stayed in the older part, which was fixed up nice, except it was noisy. You can hear everything between the rooms, and the drunk people outside. It is a nice central location and easy walk to the downtown and also the trail to around the Airpark.

Bed bugs
Unfortunately my room had bed bugs. I have several bites all over my body, arms, hands, neck and face. As well there were several people loitering in the lobby and outside at all times. I will say however that the staff was very hospitable and my stay was fully covered. I will not be returning despite the service though.
