I was very disappointed. I had a king size bedroom and I felt like it was a garage, I did not expect from looking up the reviews and comments. It was older property pictures were very deceiving

Property gave us the ocean front room we wanted. The room was sufficiently large enough. The kitchenette met our needs. The beds were not as comfortable as we are used to, they are too soft and lumpy. The pool area is good and kept clean. We love the safety feature that room key is required to use elevator. Not all bad.
I was here on a work trip and I asked if it was a smoking hotel, they ensured me it wasn’t. There were people smoking weed everywhere. Granted they can’t oversee everything but it smelled like i was trapped around it. The bathtub drain was clogged. The balcony was dirty. I called my first night to have them clean it. When I left my catering for the day and went back to the hotel it still wasn’t cleaned. There were two cleaners in the 3rd floor and they were laughing and chatting so I went back in the room later down and about 45 minutes they knocked on the door. By then it was too late. I was tired. Good note: they did upgrade my room to a beach room. The bed was comfortable and I liked the facts they had a stove. Will I stay there again? No. I left a message for the manager to call me and no one ever did. So I took it as a sign they didn’t want to make it right. Loved the location and the view.
