The sheets has ink all over them,toilet seat is very dirty and the room has cigarette smooking smell even though i ask the front desk for no smoking room.the air conditioner vent has a lot of dust on it..the room was so disgusting i only spent 20 minutes and left

My hotel key quit working and there was no staff on site to replace it. No answer on the hotel phone number. I had to sleep on a beach chair by the pool. The staff refused to refund my room or aknowledge the error. Never again.

Totally unprofessional
The TV did not work and there was no one available for me to tell when I tried. They took my deposit and told me the next morning I would have it back in 3-4 days... The refund appeared in my account as a pending transaction, but then the very next day it was gone completely. No money returned and no more pending transaction. Now I can't get anyone on the phone and I NEED that money for gas in my car

Pretty good
Everything was fantastic except the tv didn’t work and room was very hot when we entered. Once we turned the ac on within 30 minutes it felt great. Beds comfortable.

This was a terrible experience. No sheets on one of the beds; visible dirt on the comforter, as well as between the sheets on the other bed. You get What you pay for. The pool was kept rather clean if you don't pay attention To the empty beer can in half consumed chickens leg residing at the bottom of the pool. Don't expect to get your refundable deposit back. Just don't. The dead roaches on the floor were a nice touch too. Lol. At least they were dead. If you don't keep your expectations too high, you wont be disappointed. Again..you get what you pay for.
