This resort was beautiful and the staff was friendly and helpful. Our room was very nice and clean. The grounds are beautiful and well-maintained. It was just a short walk to the private beach which was absolutely beautiful. We really enjoyed the Starbucks dispenser located in the ice area. That is how we started each morning……. a Starbucks coffee on the balcony. The food was pricey but I guess that’s what you expect at a resort.

Best trip for my family! Great hotel/Resort! Close access to shopping and other activities. We really didn’t have to leave for anything. Service was great and the atmosphere was peaceful. This was my first time in Destin and I just so happened to stumble upon a great deal at The Henderson. I was impressed by the resort. It was very clean and polished. I felt very safe. The staff were super pleasant and easy to work with. I hated to leave! I will definitely be back. Overall, immaculate. 5 stars.

Such a beautiful property. The staff was super friendly and helpful. We loved that the beach was just a few minutes walk away and that we could very easily rent chairs and an umbrella. The only thing we would have liked to see in our room was a mini fridge (not just a cooler thats provided) as well as a microwave.
