Room wasnt ready to check in at 6pm , but the staff did offer a bunch of free drink and appetizer vouchers, better than nothing i guess. We had the King Suite which was very nice and spacious.

Expensive for what it was, broken hardware in room, and although I understand it is a dog friendly property, there doesn’t seem to be guidelines for pet etiquette (dog next door whined and barked loudly into until 1am).

Not accommodating at all for earlier check in. Didn’t tell us it wouldn’t be an option either. Cold room. The pool was not properly ventilated or had too much chlorine that our eyes stung. Overall not what I expected from the Hyatt chain.

The facility is near new and very nice with easy parking. I think that they were running a little short-handed as house-keeping service (we were short a couple of towels) was a little slow, but we would stay again.
