Room size good. 2nd story steps outside of bldg
Room size good. Walk up steep steps to upper level on outside of building with no back plate to steps was unnerving. Breakfast was one choice granola bar with choc chips and tiny apple.

nice apartment
Very clean rooms in a 2 bedroom apartment. Lots of space for my friend to spread out and do our projects before our meeting the next day. Her bed was comfortable. Mine was well worn out and uncomfortable (my only complaint). Would stay here again.

It was horrible!
It was horrible! The staff was friendly, however, everything else was gravely disappointing. The surrounding city was full of transients, we did not feel safe. We booked the suite with the full kitchen, two queen beds, and sofa bed. The refrigerator did not work, our food spoiled and gnats were found thought the kitchen and eating area. All the floors throughout were filthy. The inside of the sofa bed was full of cereal and ants. The staff was kind and quick in cleaning it up, however, on our last night my son-in-law woke up to a couple of ants on him. We were traveling on a budget, good price but you get what you pay for.

The property is located in a perfect spot in old town Eureka there is plenty of restaurants and very convenient to department stores. The beds were super soft and I had everything that I needed

Check in - the room smelled strongly of disinfectant. Moved us to 2nd floor, although I had requested floor one for two seniors, both age 77. The TV did not work in the 2nd floor room. They would not give us another room, although they did fix the TV. We checked out after the 2nd night. When you tell the staff your issue, they are primed to say, "I will try to fix it, but no promises." I would not stay there again.

This property was in a pretty sketchy part of the city. The breakfast wasn’t much other than some granola bars, apples, coffee and juice. We literally had people trying to sleep on the pavement in the parking lot next to our vehicle. And they were not at all transparent about the extra fees for our dogs at the time of booking. I was not happy to get dinged an extra $20.00 per pet at check in. We would not have booked here had they been honest and up front about this fee. Not impressed. If hotels are going to do this… ask for it and collect it at the time of booking!
