We paid the daily rate for self parking. We were told we could park in any of the Level One guest spots. We have disabled plates but there wasn't any disabled parking spots. The parking spots are two cars deep so we parked in front of another car thinking it was long term parking. They towed our car! We had to take a Lyft and pay to retreive our car! The hotel denied ordering the tow, they said the other vehicle authorized it but the hotel manager signed the towing form! We were told we could park in any Level One spot!! Don't stay here or be prepared to pay to get your car back. Total scam!!! Shameful!

It was great for our family. We loved having the two bedrooms and a full kitchen to feed everyone, which saved us a ton of money. The outdoor amenities were great! Beautiful pool, a hot tub and steam room. We would stay here again.

I have to say for a DTLA hotel this place was amazing. Me and my sister and our dogs had the best time with this hotel. Our room was so spacious that I wanted to live there. It was the best ever. The staff was really great answered all of our questions and whatever we needed they let us know how to get it. Very comfortable. I do recommend to others if they want to do a long stay definitely do level Hotel. Very convenient spot that it’s in we can walk to a lot of areas, specially to our venue where we for KCON. It was the greatest experience

Overall great suites however not well equipped. We had to request extra towels for all the guests sharing the room ( we had specified # in reservations) and no bedding sheets and pillow for sofa bed and poorly equipped kitchen. Otherwise great pool area and easy location. Beds comfortable and staff excellent and very responsive.

When we booked we thought it was a regular hotel, no where did it state that their is no housekeeping. The room was very dirty we had to clean it ourselves. There was feces stains on shower curtain and door when we arrived. Hotel was accommodating in bringing fresh towels and bed sheets when we needed. Pool and basketball court is the only good thing going for the property.

They had secret fees which ran the price through the roof once you got there. It’s a $100 hold for every night you stay. It was a mess!
