Stayed at 6th floor. Hallways were terribly hot, AC was not working yet no one seemed to warn or care for guests in reacomodating. Room was hot and could not sleep two nights, had to cut our trip short to 1 night. Pull out couch was terribly uncomfortable. Bathtub water was leaking. Entire hotel needs a facelift.

Dirty and dilapidated
Dingy, dirty, and dilapidated. The first room was downright gross so we asked to be moved. The second room was better but still very dilapidated and not very clean. For example, there was something spattered all over the wall and gunk on the mirror that had never been wiped off, the fixtures were rusty, and the fire alarm made an obnoxious high pitched sound that was really grating. This place is definitely not worth the price. It wouldn’t be worth half the price.

I get that it’s Palm Springs and it’s the desert. But the room never got cooler than a minimum of 78°even after I put the thermostat all the way down to 58°. I couldn’t sleep it was so hot. When I told the desk staff I was told they’d “look into it”. Also the room was unkempt and had a strong marijuana smell to it.

The room had alot of problem. The room was really dirty. Safe lock didn't work instead. King petrol the US2 best. Or double bathroom. In the shower top doesn't. Go, don't. Service for having towel doesn't work. Terrible experience with. Hotel

Very bad staff very bad behaviour with his clients forcefully told us to get out of the hotel. I was booking was there, but they never let us enter in the property very very rude and bad manager who told me with my wife and two small babies to get out of the hotel because they don’t have any place for us And the girl name Jennifer was very very bad and behaviour with us

The help were always very helpful and informative...and polite! The property was very well maintained. I really liked that it was on the 'edge" of town...but very easy to 🚶 into the shops and restaurants etc.

Weve been staying here at least once a year for at least 20 years. The last few times, we thought they were off their game, but were very pleased with this visit. The place is still outdated and worn, but they have made some security upgrades, and it was clean and quiet. You couldn't ask for a more convenient location; right on the main drag.

The inside of the hotel is still pretty good, room ok. The front of the hotel has been really neglected and needs upkeep. I’ve been going here for 35 years, really sad to see it go to seed. It looks like a property that is getting ready to shut down.

Hyatt checked all the boxes…. Almost!
So first I have to say this hotel is in an excellent location. You are close to all restaurants and attractions downtown. Almost everything within walking distance. The hotel is older and rundown on a positive note I overheard the Woman at the front desk said that they were starting a Remodel in one week so by the time winter comes around, I imagine it will be somewhat complete. Depending How extensive it is. All in all, we really like the place and the beds were comfortable. Rooms were very large highly recommend getting the sitting area is well worth the difference..

Room was very spacious, clean and great location! Parking was difficult. No Valet, hotel parking was not easy to find, no signage to lead you to hotel parking. We thought hotel parking was where the Only signage directed you to as “free” parking that doesn’t belong to hotel with a 4 hr limit.
