The room was either too cold (but blankets take care of that. The last night the room was 30 and the hotel told me to open a wondow...there was one, and it do not do anything. Somebody also got trapped in an elevator leaving access to elevators very slow. Oh, the restaurant was shut down...they would not say why.

Honestly, it's an urban hotel. The inconveniences of the surroundings are unavoidable if you need to be in Toronto. What made the stay an overall 5/5 is the service desk attendants. We arrived and parked early and wanted to try and check in the car even though our reservation time was still an hour out. They had our room ready for us and checked us into an immaculate room when i really needed to decompress from the drive. Would stay again. To readers of this review: don't take this as a guarantee you can check in early, this was just my experience.

One of the best hotels we've stayed at in a long time. Very friendly and helpful staff. The room was fantastic. Great layout. The bed and pillows gave us both a great nights sleep. We will be back soon.

Cambridge Suites Toronto is very close to the Theatre District and, except for some construction, a nice walk in the evening to the show of your choice. The staff are friendly and our room was very nice. I would stay there again for my next visit to the city!

The property and service do not reflect the price point at all. Trying to use the elevator alone was an experience that I’d rather forget. Staff were great, but it’s just a tired old hotel, and they can’t make up for that.

I would definitely return for a stay at Cambridge Suites! The location is so accessible to all we wanted to do (theatre district, Yonge/dundas square, restaurants, St. Lawrence Market, Eaton Centre and museums). We could walk everywhere and it's got union station close by and the TTC running right by for those that want faster transportation. The best part is that the friendly staff are helpful and they ask guests to sign a code of conduct waver to ensure guests have a quiet and clean oasis in the heart of the city! No uninvited guests or partying.

Rooms are spacious, clean, and comfortable. The staff is very knowledgeable and friendly. The property restaurant has been closed for a few years but they do offer coffee and muffins in the lobby in early morning. For any drinks or food you need to plan ahead and bring your own or go out and get it. There is a microwave and coffee maker in the room. There are several familiar coffee shops within a block or two. The hotel is very well situated for downtown events etc. I have stayed here several times and will return.

Amazing
Absolutely amazing hotel. Check in was super easy and staff were friendly and attentive. Rooms were very spacious, beds were extremely comfortable and everywhere was clean and tidy at all times. Only downside was elevators took a while as it’s a large hotel and one was out of service, but this didn’t impact my stay much. I would definitely stay here again and will recommend to anyone I know going to Toronto to!!
