We had to sign a waiver for our vehicle not responsible for damages. No towels /soap /shampoo/ ect in our room. Unsafe to open the windows

Dogs barking, staff unfriendly, noisy could hear next unit talking during night could hear people walking and talking up above our suite . Socks were covered in dog hair walking on carpet. Room was clean bathroom etc. towels ok price was good but you get what you pay for. Outside needs upkeep weeds growing around building. Area was quiet and close to city centre.

For a pet friendly accommodation, the only area really take your pet to was behind the hotel, there was obvious evidence of homeless occupation, garbage all around, did not look or feel clean or safe.

All was good. The two things we did not like is that there are no elevators. We had to carry our luggage to and back from 3rd floor as well as walking the stairs for the three nights we stayed. Also no microwave in the room. Could not warm up food and beverage.

This property is in desperate need of a renovation. Had to ask front desk for roll of toilet paper and no hair dryers. TV kept going out every 10 minutes so you had to wait for it to reset.No maid service and breakfast is coffee and cereal and some yogurt. Staff was friendly. Not a property I would associate with the Wynndam name.

For the cost, it was extremely over priced. Beds were like cardboard cut out boxes, carpet was filthy, hallway stunk, bathtub was clogged, pillows were old and flat and stale as my bannock, limited breakfast, no microwave, cable as sketchy. Wouldn't recommend to anyone.

The hotel staff were very friendly and accommodating. The place was nice and quiet and conveniently in the heart of Duncan just off the highway. My only complaint was a bad smell in the hall area on the second floor. Otherwise the rooms were nice and the AC was wonderful during the summer heat.

Basic facilities, no hot breakfast, limited cold breakfast, no place to eat, but tidy clean rooms and nice staff. Other areas are dated and not greatly lit. Some expansion and development would be an investment, ideally located on the edge of town.

Unfortunately we were staying for 4 nights. They clean the rooms every 3 days. Should have at least a quick tidy up and empty garbage cans daily. Disappointed with Wyndham’s policy. Won’t stay at this brand again.

Realizing this was an older property, that would probably be pretty old and tired, we were pleasantly surprised when we checked in that at least everything appeared clean. The staff was super! The room was adequate for our needs, and would have been sufficient if we were just stopping for the night. Unfortunately we were in town for a tournament and planning on spending 4 nights. Unknown to us, probably because we didn’t review the guidelines before booking, the rooms are only cleaned every 3 days. Having spent a fair amount of days in a hotel, we have NEVER been exposed to this. At least daily quick clean and emptying garbage cans is expected, with sheets and towels every 3 days is fine. But they supplied NO cleaning for 3 days. We’ll probably never stay in a Wyndham again.
