Staff were so nice and friendly. While the hotel is older we had a good nights rest and found everything we needed. For the price I can’t complain. Enjoyed our stay

The rooms are only made up every 3 days. Had I known this earlier I would have stayed elsewhere. Front desk staff were excellent and supplied towels and coffee etc. Breakfast is a joke.

Cleaned rooms, good staff, there was no microwave in the room then i requested front desk and in just 2 minutes i got microwave in my room. Excellent and budget friendly.

Did not like no restaurant around without driving a distance, stayed restaurant on site. Has been closed for 5 years not worth the rate would recommend it anyone. State’s breakfast included, only had cereal.

Nice folks but old hotel
The hotel is on the highway and the room is small with barely any room to walk around the beds. The carpet is not clean and the bathroom is also tight. Hallway can use some renovation. The people at the front desk were wonderful and welcoming

Do not stay on the first floor floor. Zero sound proofing between the first and second floors. Third floors rooms (at least 311) infinitely much better. The staff arefriendly and accomodating but are badly handcuffed by the over all age of the hotel. One complaint is the spartan nature of the "continental breakfast. No fresh fruit, no hot food, not even a toaster. Only yogurt, cold cereal, two types with communal milk cartons, along with instant oatmeal are available, and juice mixes and coffee. Probably would not stay at this property in the future.

This is a horrible property that doesn’t deserve the title of “hotel”. It is a motel style you’d see in a movie! Smelled of black mold, smoke and stains all over the room carpet. We didn’t stay because we didn’t feel safe -looked like a place for druggies and prostitution! We were worried about bed bugs! The hotel wouldn’t let us cancel our reservation but we left even though we paid for the night. We do not recommend this for families or anyone!!!

There was a weird electrical burning smell that was present in the room as we entered. Being late, we put up with it. Notified staff the next day. Very noisy and creaky floors.Perhaps you could put the night shift workers on a different floor or seperate section of the hotel.

I had parked too close to the concrete posts in the lot and actually broke my bumper in half :(. The front designs looked for something for me to try and attach it back to my car - the duct tape worked like a charm ! Thank you for taking the time to help me.

There was coffee grounds/ dirty water or coffee in f Coffee maker. Long Hair stuck on the doorframe in the bathroom. Blood or hair dye dried on the floor/ wall/ door frame in the bathroom- I was able to wipe it off. Also my roomate was laying on the floor at night a bug crawled on his arm and he noted it to be a bed bug as he has previously seen bedbugs. The room also had that musty/ damp smell associated with bed bugs. The front desk told me it a was a stink Bug, however the smells are very different. I asked the hotel to put my bedding in the dryer on the chance it was bed bugs, so I do not bring contaminated blankets. They explained they are unable to do that. I asked them for a partial or full refund as I would need to go to a laundromat and purchase rubbing alcohol to spray my belongings prior to removing them from the room. They told me they would forward my concern. The person woke last night was very kind and helpful, as was the very first person on early this morning. The mid day reception was less friendly abd seemed offended as the hotel Has the site checked weekly for bedbugs. I honestly expected more from a super 8 as I have stayed in number plus ones throughout bc, Alberta abd saskatchewan

We had to sign a waiver for our vehicle not responsible for damages. No towels /soap /shampoo/ ect in our room. Unsafe to open the windows
