"When I booked I didn’t realize that there is a $30/night parking charge. We went to a LA Kings hockey game at the Crypto.com center. We took the metro to avoid the LA traffic. The metro stop is a short walk from the hotel. We took 2 Light rail trains and a bus and it took around an hour and it only cost $7 each! $5 for a day pass and $2 for the card!"

"The location is convenient if you have to fly out of LAX. The shuttle service runs every hour so you don’t have to worry about getting to and from the airport. Depending on the time of day, the hotel can get pretty hectic, but the staff is professional and work quickly. The downside to that fast service is that the customer service suffers. When I checked in, the staff members spoke really fast, was not very warm or friendly, but had that cold professional tone/manner. "
