"This was our first time there. I chose this hotel because of the reviews and i cam honestly say they weren't lying. The staff were so polite and friendly, the rooms are a great size and very clean, breakfast was more than what we expected and the service overall was amazing. It is 28 mins or less from Niagara falls itself but we were ok with that. Very peaceful. Thank you for a great weekend 😊"

"I like the staff and service everyone was very friendly and welcoming. What I didn't like or needs improvement will be the parking off site the transportation bus pick up from hotel was always delayed and we were required to wait outside by the curb even though it was cold and wind blowing raining.with little children. That was unexceptional the bus should always be available at the hotel as well as the parking lot."
