Oceania 203 Condo In Gated Building With Stunning Ocean Views

Enter this spacious unit and immediately notice the view of the beautiful Gulf. View the beach from the full floor to ceiling sliding glass doors or on the large 40 foot tiled balcony. This beautiful 2000 square foot condo features 3 bedrooms and 3 full bathrooms. This unit has a 46 inch LCD TV and DVD in the Living Room. A TV is also in each of the bedrooms. The kitchen and bathrooms have granite counter tops with double sink vanities in master and second bathrooms. A covered parking spot is provided and is just steps away from the elevator.

Avoid the crowds and enjoy Oceania's location in the heart of Destin. Oceania is a privately gated property. Relax on the large private beach and enjoy the sugar white sand!! Your rental includes one beach set up with two chairs and an umbrella (from March 1 through Thanksgiving weekend only). You can order extra set ups, directly through the chair company for for an additional fee, in advance if you wish.

What a wonderful time we had staying at this beautiful condo. It was centrally located with restaurants, grocery stores and entertainment close by. It was well stocked as mentioned in the description. There was never a wait for the elevators and the view from the deck was stunning. It was so. Ice to have the beach chairs provided for you and that service was so great. I liked the fact that the facility was gated and beautifully kept. Will definitely stay here again and will recommend to friends and family. Thanks for a memorable week.

Beautiful ocean views
This property has all the elements we were looking for in an oceanfront condo. The patio overlooking the ocean provided a comfortable place to relax and we even saw dolphins from there one morning. The location was close to lots of activities and restaurants in Destin but also provided the feeling of privacy on the beach and surrounding areas. We would definitely come back!

Our family fell in love with this beautiful condo as well as the beautiful beach. The condo was immaculate with enough room for all 5 us. The kitchen is excellent. It’s such a relaxing spacious condo. It was a wonderful experience from start to finish, the property manager is amazing and the restaurant recommendations were spot on and we enjoyed all from the list that we tried. Amazing stay!
The condo was amazing! clean, spacious and was decorated beautifully. It had everything you needed including the extremely well stocked kitchen. Sitting on the patio was fantastic- what a view! location was great- if you wanted to walk a bit their are restaurants within just a couple of miles- or just a quick uber away. we golfed, did a fishing excursion with got 2 go fishing, played putt putt and go carts! Pool was clean and warm. The building itself was also clean and well taken care of. We hit the gym a couple of times and they have very nice equipment and a nice selection of free weights. If you like to walk the beach you will love this location- you can walk for miles on the beautiful white sand. Temps were perfect for us in the high 60's & low 70's. I would highly recommend this unit- it is a real gem! when we reached out to the host she was speedy with response and even gave us some recommendations on things we wanted to do while there. We are 100% going back again. Thank you for a great get away!

Beautiful view!
My family had a great time in 203! Our view was excellent and the apartment was very spacious. The furniture was very nice and comfortable. It was also very kid friendly which comes in handy with a 20 month old baby. Very comfortable mattresses and bedding, very nice bathrooms, and very nice kitchen. I have only one small negative comment about the broken microwave and it really wasn’t a problem. Also, very good communication with all parties.
