Facility was great ! Unfortunately after being denied a late check out without additional cost of $75 after paying $200 a night, I was assure no extra charges to stay till 12:30hrs, reason for late check out was because of having to work night shift, staff was explained this, do not disturb signage was placed on door and still housekeeping rudely banged on door and attempted entry at 10:30hrs ! Front desk confirmed system showed my request to check out at 12:30 and there was zero communication to there housekeeping staff ! Extremely disappointed

We are a family of four (two adults and two kids). The room was clean and the beds were very comfortable. The whole family enjoyed the pool (with a slide!) and hot tub. Only negative is that breakfast is not included.
