We needed a motel for 1 night and Evening Star didn't disappoint. Check in was a breeze, the room was clean and fully stocked with all the necessities, the beds were comfy and the A/C worked perfectly. The area was quiet. I would recommend this motel and I will stay again when I'm back in the Greenwood area

We arrived exhausted at 8pm and the host was extremely rude to us (cutting us off mid-sentence, shushing us because he needed silence while typing... all things that could have been managed kindly on his end). He accused us of not booking for enough people even though we booked the largest room with 3 beds. He lectured us on how wrong that was and I just said I completely thought I had booked the right amount. It wasn't until I got myself and the kids settled into our room that I could check my email and sure enough I DID in fact book for the right number of people, but he was gone when I went back to show him. Awful service, I won't be back.
