It was a great place to stay! Loved this historical hotel. Loved our cleaning lady, Susy! She was amazing when asked her for extra towels. My husband got sick and she changed our linens everyday! kept asking to see if we needed anything else. Very nice place to stay

This old-style hotel is very nice for its age. We liked most of it except for the size of the beds. They were full-size and felt small for an average person. Also, the pillows were hard, and we woke up with a neck ache. On the plus side, the breakfast is fantastic, full of authentic Mexican dishes. The staff is very friendly, and they cook dishes to your liking, like omelets, chilaquiles, and pancakes. We enjoyed breakfast time! We will be back.

Hallways on the 4th floor were very dark. There is only one trash can in the room. There no one in the swimming pool to provide you with a towel you have to reach the front desk and they will bring it you. Most of the Staff was very friendly and made me feel right at home.

We always stay here when visiting Guadalajara and love the Moralas and surrounding area. This year we stayed in the newer section and did not like the room nearly as much. Bathroom lighting was terrible - even with both lights on. Room was much smaller than others we previously stayed in. It did have a very nice balcony despite the noise!!

Location is near beautiful architecture, local shops and easy transportation. The staff was super nice and the hotel has beautiful colonial style. The price is unbelievably low for what the hotel offers.

Beautiful hotel with easy walking to old town sites. The staff was fantastic and incredibly helpful with making arrangements for dinner reservations and transport to Tequila and back. Jose was the best and made our trip perfect. Denise was also very helpful. Would absolutely stay here again

We wholeheartedly recommend staying at Hotel Morales. The hotel is wonderful. The staff is amazing. The restaurant for breakfast or dinner is excellent. Mario and Ruben were available at all times to help with any issue and give advice on local options and tours. Daniel and Javier were impeccable waiters in the restaurant. The historical hotel was spotless top to bottom, and kept in perfect maintenance. The atmosphere of the hotel is elegant, yet relaxing. Our room opened to the interior so the busy streets of Guadalajara could not be heard. The room was spic and span and everything was well maintained. The interior courtyard feel was fantastic. I could go on and on. If I could give Hotel Morales 10 stars I would. Thank you to the wonderful staff and management. I hope to see you all again!
