Dining options on property are limited although good, however it is quite a walk or drive to visit other restaurants or shopping. Daily parking at the hotel is about $50/day so Uber is a good option and easy to do. Great view of the bay or the marina but no sandy beach to enjoy. Great daily yoga, available paddle-boards, kayaks.

The properties customer service was severely lacking and below what should come with a resort experience. After being denied an early check in accommodation, which had been directly communicated with me that would indeed be accommodated, my partner and I were forced to wait 5 hours in the lobby with no room to get checked into. Family after family coming by and getting their room all while we were not offered no sympathy, no complimentary cup of water for waiting, nothing. It was lackluster and only remedied after calling the number provided on the website to get checked into a room. During the stay, people would regularly be piled up in the lobby awaiting their rooms to be assigned, seems like that is a common problem with the property. Definitely not worth the price of admission

Needed a overnight stay with an early AM shuttle to the airport. The room was comfortable, the bed comfortable. The view beautiful. The outdoor spaces were nice to relax and enjoy a beverage. The brewery restaurant food was very good. This one checked all the boxes.

Beautiful view of Dan Diego Marina & Bay. A little too close to the airport and a little too far from restaurants and shopping but an easy drive to many options for both

I had an issue with room service for breakfast and had to come downstairs to handle it. The hotel front desk attendants had me settle the matter with the restaurant. The restaurant general manager was a pleasure to work with, however, the hotel staff handled the situation in a way that made me feel like I wasted time and money for customer service that was subpar. Great atmosphere though.

Airport shuttle stopped service at midnight, we waited for 30 minutes at 11:30. No shuttle, called hotel staff said it was on its way. At 12:30 we finally took a cab to property.

The pool area on the BAY side hotel is really dirty. Chairs were covered in bird poop. Hadn’t been hosed down at all. Spiderwebs and trash. The jacuzzi floor surface was slimy.

The property was clean and nice freshly remodeled in the marina Tower the bay Tower however is yet to be remodeled. The staff were kind of courteous and the rooms were clean and fresh these are amazing from the balcony rooms definitely recommend them would stay there again
