House is built on sloped backyard. This is three-story house with two car garage and owner's private room in the basement (we are not there when the house is rented). Stairs from the street level leading to covered veranda and to the main entrance with key-less door lock. The main entrance lead to the foyer with stair case to the second floor, half bathroom and study room. The main floor has standard equipped kitchen, walk in pantry, dining and great room (open to the second floor ceiling) open area. This is the area where whole family can get together; seating 3 at the raised eating bar (part of the kitchen's island), seating for 6 at the dining table and seating for 6 at the round "game table". Sectional (additional two sofa beds are in the open study room) will provide more space for quiet time. Back door leads to the backyard deck. This is large wooden deck with benches along the edges and additional table and patio chairs (lot of sitting) and BBQ just outside the door. Backyard is not fenced and provides access to the community pathway if you still have enough energy to explore neighborhood or just walk the dog.
On the second floor there are three bedrooms; the master bedroom with queen size bed, walk in closet, and an en-suit. The second and the third bedroom have a single and a queen bed. Those two bedrooms share another four piece bathroom.
Also, on the second floor a laundry nook is located with stacked washer and dryer.
Carpet on the upper floor and lino on the main floor.
All widows throughout the house are covered with blinds.

Great place to stay!
Just got back from Chris’s place. Was pleasantly surprised to find that the whole house had air conditioning (not listed)! You can’t beat the price for a 2.5 bathroom, 3 bedroom house. Location was quiet and very close to the west side legacy trail (which was fun to ride on). Would recommend and will be staying again! Thanks for having us.

The home looked more or less as it did in the photos. Positives - roomy, 2.5 baths, nice ensuite soaker tub, could park in the garage. Negatives - the smell of wet cat food permeates the house, even with windows open. The bbq grill was rusted through and the metal was flaking. Out back, there was a grasshopper infestation - at one point there were so many they covered entire cinder bricks. Out front there were wasps. There were also barn swallows nested in the main floor bathroom vent. They would swoop at you if you were out front near the front door. Some better (i.e. not cheap dirty white plastic) furniture on the deck would be nice.

Wonderful experience
If your destination is the Radium/Invermere area, this is an excellent choice. Very comfortable home and is well equipped. Excellent value! It is tucked away in a residential area but if you want a quiet stay, this is a great property. We appreciated that it was pet friendly but there is no fenced yard so be prepared to walk your dog in the nearby park area. Highly recommend and hope to go back soon.

Clean and Economical
We booked this property for 4 nights and were very happy with our stay. Chris is friendly and replies quickly to inquiries, and the property is exactly as described. It's very well priced, clean and quiet. The living room couches are older, and the master bed is firmer than we prefer, but these are small things and the good qualities of the property far outweigh them. The kitchen is well stocked, everything in the house is well maintained, there is an attached garage, the back deck is massive, and great biking/walking trails are right outside the door. Thanks, Chris; we will stay here again!
