The property is old, the room at the 10th floor was very noisy so, I couldn't sleep the whole night, then the 2nd room in the 4th floor, the bath/shower was not draining the water properly, with cracks in the wall tiles and not clean.

The hotel itself is pretty, it just needs a deep cleaning and some updating. There was construction going on right outside our riverfront room which made the whole upgraded view pointless. The breakfast buffet was good ($50 for two with tip though). The pool area was decent, as was the location.

On the water was nice, lots of traffic noise, sink wouldn’t drain well. Talked to desk and nothing was done to fix sink. Didn’t want to sit on patio due to smell of pot. Patio was sticky from something spilled on it. Boat transfer to the stadium was great. Asked for extra towels got none. Garbage never emptied after room was cleaned

The hotel is extremely outdated and in disrepair. Certainly not up to a standard for a Hilton property. We had to change rooms several times before one was even adequate.

House keeping knocked twice then barged in my room at 9:30 am, we were totally naked, didn’t give me time to respond , I called the front desk to complain ! She came back at 10 while i was in the bathroom , just rude .,,when check out time is 11!!!!! Shower needs to be remodeled, has mold and mildew!

Difficult room navigation
The front desk agents were amazing and incredibly friendly as they accommodated my concerns to the best of their abilities. My initial room was placed next to an elevator shaft which could be heard 24/7, although great view and cleanliness. I was moved down several floors to a smaller room and had difficulties with the bathroom (shower knob fell off), the balcony door would not open unless forced, and the AC was very hard to switch gears. I have had very good rooms in the past and will be returning back despite the blunders.

Old and drafty!
It is a very old and drafty hotel. The reception area is beautiful but the room we booked and the alternate room we were offered both facing the river, had great views but we're drafty and noisy. The doors to the balcony had about an inch gap in it. We could not stay there and moved on. Now the refund we were promised is slow in coming back to us. Terrible shame as he location and views are great.
