The staff at this facility was very kind and understanding but I have to say I was highly disappointed upon check in. My room was so filthy with stains on the ground, walls and ceiling. There was an evident spot on the carpet where you can see someone asked a cigarette. A prior guest’s old food was in my fridge which sat in front of a wall that I was unsure had mold or mildew build up. Everything was overall dingy and hard to look at. I knew I could not stay there. The front desk was quickly able to find me a different room. Unfortunately, the AC was broken in the next room. I then had to be moved to another room. This experience was exhausting especially because I have high expectations for the Hilton Double Tree brand. The room I was stuck with because it was so late in the evening the night before Thanksgiving at this point still had peeling walls and poor drainage in the shower. The door to the balcony was also difficult to move. My boyfriend and I made the best of the trip but we will not be back.

I was sent keyless entry and then told I had to check in. I was allowed to choose my room and then received a lower floor. Our walls had chipped plaster, bathroom toilet paper holder was falling off cabinet and the heat did not work and we were freezing. I would pay more next time for a newer hotel. Not up to Hilton brand.
