Excellent stay
Everything was great! Starting with the check in process. Mary was absolutely helpful. I am glad the room didn’t have rug! The floor is definitely much cleaner! Breakfast was delicious too! We had fun playing foosball in the lobby. Everything was great! We will definitely come back.

This am my guys were getting up to leave and there were roaches in bathroom. Went to get the phone but they were gone. Gross but we were leaving. Will chose another hotel for next time. Staff was nice and place was great just don’t do roaches.

The property was good and clean. The room was very spacious and excellent (booked a double bed). Rooms were quiet. The free hot breakfast buffett was good - Had eggs (scrambled one day, omelette next day), sausage, bread and its related jam/butter, pancakes/syrup. Coffee was excellent and other fares. Near the lobby there was game room and place for folks to sit and talk. So, there was some noise factor near lobby. we stayed for 3 nights - first night, we returned around 12am and our keys did not work and their system could not fix our keys as it was going thru some change at that time. So, the lobby manager had to let us in our room. That sucked. They fixed it next day and I had to ask them - They should ensure that they fix this automatically and not wait for us to ask. Other than that, everything was ok.

Hotel is in a very quiet area, and very accessible to the main road which has tons of dining and shopping options. Hotel employees were very friendly and helpful. This is the third time I’ve stayed here and consider it my home away from home.

Booked last minute, but very happy!
We ended up having to book this room at the last minute, due to our previous hotel cancelling on us for being over booked. Not being familiar with the Jacksonville area, it made me nervous booking a hotel without being able to do much research beforehand, but we didn't have much choice as we were traveling from 4+ hours away. When we got to the hotel, the woman at the front desk was extremely friendly & helpful. The room was a simple king bed room, but it was clean with comfortable beds & good AC. The breakfast the next morning was equally as amazing as everything else. & While we weren't traveling with our children during this stay, this would be a perfect family hotel, as their whole lobby was full of different games/activities. I would definitely recommend this hotel when traveling!
