Hotel is in a very quiet area, and very accessible to the main road which has tons of dining and shopping options. Hotel employees were very friendly and helpful. This is the third time I’ve stayed here and consider it my home away from home.

Booked last minute, but very happy!
We ended up having to book this room at the last minute, due to our previous hotel cancelling on us for being over booked. Not being familiar with the Jacksonville area, it made me nervous booking a hotel without being able to do much research beforehand, but we didn't have much choice as we were traveling from 4+ hours away. When we got to the hotel, the woman at the front desk was extremely friendly & helpful. The room was a simple king bed room, but it was clean with comfortable beds & good AC. The breakfast the next morning was equally as amazing as everything else. & While we weren't traveling with our children during this stay, this would be a perfect family hotel, as their whole lobby was full of different games/activities. I would definitely recommend this hotel when traveling!

Great hotel stay
The only reason I gave a 4 instead of 5 is the fact that there was no coffeemaker in the room. I’ll admit I’m a little spoiled in that respect and they did have coffee available in the lobby but it’s nice to have that option in the room. The beds were comfortable and the breakfast area was very nice. Everything was clean and new looking
