We really enjoyed stay ing here. Really good location. Put us in the middle of the action on Ali'i Drive. Many things in easy walking distance. Balcony with nice view of the pool and partial view of Ali'i drive. You could hear the ocean waves. Liked the parking arrangements, two bathrooms, washer/ dryer, nice big living room and dining room. Kitchen was small, a little strange floor plan given the available square footage of the unit. But for us it worked just fine. We appreciated the complimentary coffee, laundry detergent, etc. All in all, we would stay here again. Could improve the check in instructions, like how to unload your luggage upon arrival, and giving us a hint as to how to find the lockbox. That was a game of "Wheres Waldo". Liked the

Building is nicely located for downtown Kailua. Building and apartment are worn. Sofa bed mattress was terrible. Our son slept on the sofa. Master Bath light didn't work. Squeaky hinges wakened sleeping son. No coffee filters. Unclear trash/recycle instructions. No trash bags. Nice looking pool. Next time I would stay somewhere else in Kailua-Kona.

Great Location in the heart of Kona!
We’re a couple who enjoys some of what Kona offers as well as the beaches up the Kohala Coast and this condo met our needs perfectly! We had an easily accessible, dedicated parking spot for our rental car. When we were hanging out in Kona we didn’t need our car because the condo is centrally located within walking distance to all the things we enjoy. In one indirection you can walk 1 block to the farmer’s market and 1 block the other way is Coconut Grove with numerous restaurants, bars and even an ABC convenience store. The condo has a fully equipped kitchen, a comfortable king size bed, all the beach things you might need (chairs, cooler, umbrella, snorkeling gear) and an in-unit washer and dryer. The condos have a nice pool available for use until 9pm and the condo has a peak a boo view of the ocean. We will be back!

Well rounded and great ambiance little condominium.
My family and I were very pleased with the amenities of the condominium. They have all the things we need, such as kitchen utensils, toiletries, linens, and cleaning materials. The ambiance is quiet, clean, and homey. The condominium is also centrally located and just walking distance of a restaurant and a little shopping mall. Overall, we were delighted to stay in this condominium.

Easy walk to dining and shopping
Facilities were clean and well equipped for our stay. Laundry, dishwasher and full sized refrigerator. Pool was clean and available every day.
