Totally enjoyed our room. View was fantastic however it was up 3 flights of stairs which I believe some of the info presented should indicate that. Just a thought!
We enjoyed the room.
Found the property inside and outside somewhat dated.
There was a nice swimming pool but would’ve liked earlier hours than 9am (as the daylight hours are not long).
This property is exactly what your see in the pictures, oceanfront on the third floor, beautiful location, close to coffee, small shops. Since this is a third floor the small air conditioner only really cools the sitting room and kitchen. We used a fan to pull cool air into the bedroom in the late evening. All the ceiling fans kept the air moving. The condo had everything you needed; many things are not listed but available. The king sized bed was very comfortable and we were able to sleep well. The place was very clean. The outside you can view the sunset which was beautiful. The waves crashing on the lava was a nice sound which we miss. The other condo owners who live year round were very friendly. The parking place is a tight squeeze right next to a wall; you need to unload before you park. A large vehicle would have a hard time parking as it is the smallest parking space in the lot. All in all the we would rent the condo again.
