The property is beautiful, the staff are wonderful. Right on the lake with a beautiful boardwalk and plenty of restaurants to choose from. Ronit made our stay even better with an excellent room upgrade for the four of us girls celebrating a milestone birthday! Even sent us up a nice bottle of wine. Could not have asked for a better experience. Will definitely return!

Have always enjoyed this hotel. But my room was so noisy and got moved to a new room that was noisier. Did not feel safe at all walking the boardwalk on the lake. It is very sad to see the decline of the downtown core. Way overpriced room for $500 for a Tuesdays night.

Sadly it was a constant battle to get our room cleaned or anything replaced! We haf to make multiple trips down to beg for toilet paper, towels, glasses and water as they just kept not refilling anything or cleaning. We were tipping $20 a fay to the maids just to get ang service and leaving notes asking for them to please wipe the counters, clean the bathroom and sweep. We even came back from the beach one day and had 3 males in our room, door closed no cleaning cart beside the toom, the young men said they were cleaners while fooling around with each other, we spoke to the front desk and they were suprised but nevet could givr us an answer why there were 3 of them to clean the room...

Superior customer service, extremely clean rooms. Staff are wonderful, beautiful property. Coffe bar attendants were so good, moved fast, very kind. Restaurant was wonderful, good food , great service. Loved sitting outside having appies and drinks on the water. Even all the guests were friendly. Highly recommend
