Generally it was good the only issue was we were not offered any help with our luggages , the parking was at the back of the hotel and we had to get to the underground parking through a narrow entrance and then go up

The in-room alarm woke us at 6:00am!
A very comfortable room and bed. Our only complaint -it was annoying- is that the in-room alarm clock could not be unplugged and someone had left it on a very early alarm. In the age of cell phones who needs those any more? At the very least the cleaning staff should be tasked with making sure NO alarms are left set for new guests. Grrr.

Good location, right in the heart of downtown. Limited free parking in the hotel parking lot, so we had to park a couple blocks away with our heavy bags. Breakfast food was decent, nothing extra. Walls are not soundproof.

We had a two night stay at the hotel and it was great. The location is awesome, a block from the water and next to a lot of great restaurants. Despite being smack dab in the tourist zone, it wasn't noisy at all. The only downside is tight parking. We had a cargo box on our SUV and couldn't park underground (6 foot clearance). The parking between the hotel and pub was very tight, especially if trucks park there. Other than that, we would go stay here again!
