I'll start with the bad... The thermostats in the rooms don't go below 67F which is too hot for me for sleeping. Second, others complaints of the roosters at night is real. Even with earplugs they still woke me up. But this is probably going to be an issue on the entire island. The good! Comfy beds, great hot tub and safe location. Good price.

Our stay was comfortable but not the greatest. Service was meh; there were no sheets for the sofa bed. We called to request and, an hour later, headed to the front desk to grab them ourselves. Similar situation re: any questions we had, leaving bags, finding elevator, etc. Pool and hot tub were clean and comfortable and bar service was good. Doors to rooms didn’t deadlock (broken) but otherwise rooms were clean and quiet. Overall, pretty reasonable price and good room to stay on Key West.

Simply way to dirty, doors covered, scratched, dented. Bathroom floors have so much dirt in the caulking that when you leave a wet towel down for a long enough it picks up some dirt with it when you eventually remove the towel. Elevator with the 1 filthy area rug and strange odor. The customers who stay here and the staff that call that building there place of employment, deserve a much higher level of care for to the facilities. I paid $2300 for a motel level room and building. Staff is very helpful and friendly , not at all a knock on the people. But the building, rooms, hallways, balconies have been dirty for an extended period of time that much is clear

Mike at the front desk was great. I travel with a pick up and large cargo trailer for our months in key west. He showed me where to park my rig over by the shuttles then I get a nasty note the next morning telling me I didn’t get a parking pass and they my tow my rig!, very aggravating!!

Charged my credit card on hold for 700.00. Then went and charged an additional 500.00 and told me that was standard after the room was paid for prior. Credit card alerted me as a possible fraud charge so I blocked the 700.00. We will see if the 500.00 gets returned in what was told to take up to two weeks before I see the credit. Shady practice, inconsistent cleaning of rooms. Hot tub not hot.

For an upscale hotel, this property was lacking. The room was not clean and was dated. We had to ask for an extra towel to accommodate our party. We also asked for another pillow and never received it. The breakfast was amazing and the wait staff very friendly and accommodating.
