Loved the pool. Made my RSVP months earlier and by the time they ran my card, it had expired. I immediately called to update the cards info. A week later a desk clerk called just minutes before I boarded a plane the very day of check in, told me my room rsvp was going to be cancelled if I did not update the card info (which I had already done) right then and there. She then made me repeat the card number more than twenty times. I told her they were literally holding up the flight for me and then delighted inakingr go slower. I literally had to tell her just one number at a time and then wait 5 seconds or more before she'd say "ok" for the next number. Made me go through this routine twice and could hear laughing so I absolutely knew she was just being a brat making me do it that way. Room was microscopic and hated the sliding barn door to the bathroom and no fan in the bathroom. Banged leg on bed as it blocked the baths sliding barn door thing. Could not get FOX on the TV and missed the World Series. Breakfast is $18 when the much nicer restaurants are all much less expensive.The iguanas by the pool we're pretty chill and part of the local flavor. I went to the pool early just to see a man shooting them out of the palm trees. When I expressed my concerns with the desk clerk she tried to somehow comfort me by telling me "It's ok, they aren't protected" ...Pass on this place...
