Rooms were clean and spacious. Beds were comfortable (Beauty rest mattresses!). The complimentary breakfast was also great, with a decent amount of variety and a made to order omelet bar. Would recommend to others and would also stay again.

Our room was noisy the first night as you could hear loud delivery trucks early in the morning and I got terrible sleep, so I requested a different room. Then the cleaning service didn’t give us a chance to pack up to move rooms and began cleaning bathrooms, so I asked her to come back. Then we had a leaky shower faucet in the new room but guest services had the repair guy come up fast. He remedied the problem but didn’t fix it. The pros were it’s pet friendly and they had plenty of areas for your dog to go out with clean up bags available. The breakfast wasn’t good but the coffee was great! I probably won’t return but enjoyed our visit to SLO.

The morning staff at the breakfast area is very nice and helpful. What I didn’t like was the pool. Unable to identify if the pool had dirt or feces. The room needs to be air out. Overall these are small things that can be fix. But staff were great and helpful.

I recently stayed at this hotel and was extremely disappointed with the lack of customer service. When I arrived, there was no one at the front desk for a good 15 minutes, leaving me standing there feeling ignored. To make matters worse, as part of my stay, I was supposed to receive two free drinks at the bar. However, when I went to redeem them, I found out that the bar had closed 15 minutes early, meaning I missed out on my complimentary drinks. This was incredibly frustrating and felt like a slap in the face. On top of all of that, my room was situated right next to a freeway, resulting in constant noise throughout the night. It was impossible to get a good night's sleep with the constant traffic sounds filling the room. Overall, I would not recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable and enjoyable stay. The lack of customer service, early closure of amenities, and noisy room made for a disappointing experience. Save yourself the trouble and look elsewhere for accommodations.
