i have been to pacific edge a number of times and never had this problem when we got into the room there was not seating in bedroom other than bed told front desk and was told management is aware of problem poor excuese

This was a spread out complex. The views were mostly if other buildings. It is older and has some minimal updates over the years. The sea air is taking its toll on the place. The location is AMAZING! Right in the beach and a few short min to walk to the main area of town.

I’ll be honest, I was apprehensive going into this hotel after reading reviews online. I got there and was surprised at how nice it was. It is a little aged, but there is a post card charm to it. I think people comparing it to a motel 6 isn’t entirely accurate. It’s a hotel which has been there for a while and it has an aged charm to it. My room had a clean shower and bed, but for the most part I was out and about around the Laguna Beach to worry about the fine details of the hotel.

Management gave us a free upgrade to a suite with a balcony and that was awesome. We didn't like that valet was the only parking option however, which cost $45. When we checked out of the hotel, valet brought us the wrong car. We could have easily driven off with someone else's car if we wanted to, which would have been terrible. When we informed them that the car was not ours, they then spent a bit of time running around trying to find our car because they didn't know where it was. Eventually they brought our car back to us. Overall I would probably stay here again due to the location and convenience, but the valet situation was upsetting.

The hotel was old, dirty, there was no hot water, the internet service was basically nonexistent. The best thing was their beach chairs. They never gave me an invoice of my charges. They said they couldn’t print it. They tried emailing it three times, but I never received it. However, they somehow emailed me a survey. Terrine hotel. If I could give zero stars, I would.
