We recently stayed at this hotel for a trip to Disney World. Overall it was very clean and their staff had great customer service, especially those in the cafe area and valet. Major thanks to those in housekeeping as well. We didn't expect to have our room cleaned daily, but they went above and beyond to do this so we always had a freshly made bed and clean towels. Additional info for potential guests: Upon check in, you will receive a folder with some hotel and shuttle information. You have to schedule which park you are going to each day and will receive a boarding QR code from the contracting shuttle agency. Make sure to use the shuttle code if you are using this mode of transportation to Disney Parks otherwise you will think you have to pay as it says on the shuttle website. You can only book so many days at a time, but this is such a convenient way to get to parks without fighting parking. One other thing to be aware of when you stay at this property, they do have a Disney desk downstairs, but they use this also as a platform to get people to buy into their resort timeshares. There's a little note in the folder provided by the front desk that you can get a "complimentary welcome package". You can get some coupons and a Disney Springs map, but again be aware that they may use this as a platform to get you to buy into their timeshares without actually saying it's a timeshare.

We have been using this hotel as headquarters for our vacations at Orlando for years location vrs. Price this is unbeatable. Staff is amazing specially Sharlene and Eddy in the restaurant staff.

Enjoyed the short walk to Disney Springs. The pool was nice..one heated and one not plus a hot tub. There is a bar/food place at the pool that was nice. Did not go to the Lakeview Restaurant..thought the breakfast buffet was overpriced. Enjoyed Joffreyā€™s in the lobby. Only thing was the timeshare sale disguised as coupons for you for the area. Then went into their pitchā€¦

If only I knew they charge for parking, I would get another hotel. Its my birthday and I asked the front desk during check in if they have anything special for guest birthday or offer since I am a member of Expedia VIP but none. So, the experience wasnt really good aside from paying resort fee that I wasnt in the hotel the whole day and night. Hope I knew they charge for parking. I paid almost the same price for the stay with the parking and resort fee and no breakfast.

Iā€™ve stayed here before and I liked it, which is why I rebooked, but this was a completely different experience then the first time I came. I called ahead to make sure there was a fridge with freezer or a way I can store stuff since I was in the middle of moving from Florida to Massachusetts so I knew I would have some things with me, including medication. I had to stay cold. They put me in a room that was right in the elevators, which I guess some people might think is convenient but I knew it was going to be loud. I just wanted to be able to get some sleep. And on top of it, I get the room and the fridge doesnā€™t work the freezer completely defrosted there was water everywhere. At this point, itā€™s wicked late I go downstairs. They told me I have to wait for maintenance. I just wanted to go to sleep. Apparently, there was no other rooms available. I am a platinum member with Expedia and it said upgrade when available, and they refusedThey told me all they had was a small fridge to store stuff in and they wouldnā€™t be able to store my shopping bag of things that required refrigeration. The staff all talk in Spanish with each other, which made me feel uncomfortable like they were talking about me. Finally, maintenance comes, took them two seconds to do what they did. Luckily, the fridge worked. The next two mornings were awful. All I could hear. Was people running around the hallways playing in the elevators, talking loudly in and out of the elevators, I couldnā€™t sleep at all.
