Clean and very friendly service staff. Room was clean and the heater was very quiet! Beds are comfy and the pillows are awesome! Need a car to get around and we found limited dining options for the Sunday night dinner. Breakfast is included but the options were very limited.

Super convenient to Lake Louise ski resort. There’s a shuttle bus every 30min to ski resort (5min ride). Hot breakfast was included. We had a King Suite with sofa bed, very spacious, and there are microwave and refrigerator/freezer in the suite, very convenient. Our room looks like newly renovated. The staff are very friendly.

Cosy Queen, noisy, lack of privacy
Room 33 a Queen Room, on the small side, very noisy with vending and ice machine on the other side of its wall. No privacy as clear glass everyone can look in as walk to vending, laundry and breakfast rooms. Plus side close to centre of lake louise
