LOCATION, LOCATION, LOCATION
The condo is small, modest, and functional, although not what we would call "trendy" as in the ads. Maybe "retro," as in motels from the 1970s, although our unit's bathroom and kitchen had been updated from those earlier dates. Nice pool and a fantastic location directly on the Big Marco river, as we sat on the benches and enjoyed spectacular sunsets, river traffic, numerous dolphin, and diving pelicans. And on one side of the condo is a small mall with two excellent restaurants: Leebe and Smith House (which also includes live music). On the other side is the iconic Snook Inn (food ok, live music, setting). Also there are many services nearby: Publix, boat rentals, banks, pharmacies, many restaurants and markets (check out Mango's and Island Cheese Company in the Esplanade Shops). And, of course, the nearby beaches with several public accesses and upscale hotels. Check out the Sunset Grille.

Great place to stay on Marco Island
Great place to stay and a really convenient location. Walkable to some great restaurants and breakfast places. Lovely to watch the sunrise and sunsets from the community dock. Pool just a few steps away from the property. Laundry in the same building and was easy to access. Overall, the apartment had everything we needed and was ideal for our stay on Marco. Property Manager easy and prompt to communicate with.

Old Marco condo
Great condo in old Marco, nicely updated from others in the building. Everything you need was on the property. Nice pool, plenty of great dining within east walking distance. Overall a great place!
