Very noisy at all times. Try replacing cart wheels with rubber and never take carts thru guest areas! Try felt on bottom of chairs in rooms. Very difficult to sleep or relax in rooms and by pool. Bathroom was dirty and we had no water several times. I will not stay there again.

I had to find a last minute place for 1 night and the price and location and the fact that it’s all inclusive made me choose this place. I was pleasantly surprised that the room was spacious and comfortable and the best part was the cable TV. The channels were impressive. The bar area should have tvs for the sports fans. Food was just ok. Pool area was ok. If you want to avoid gringos stay here! lol.

Excelente servicio al cliente. Me toco un cuarto que al abrir la puerta da una gran escalera delgada y empinada, en este momento por una enfermedad autoinmune se me dificulta bastante estar subiendo escaleras mucho menos con todo y maleta. Era como que un cuarto en atico o algo arriba. Fue lo unico y pued no habia otro disponible. Me ayudaron a subirmi maleta, Todo bien todos amables y en la mejor disposición y limpio.
