Great staff. The facility could sure some upgrades including flooring (which I was told they were getting) pillows, blankets, lamps, really everything. But the price was right and the location worked well for travelling through on the highway.

The room had a really bad smell, the air conditioning has mold in the vents and very very dirty the bed skirt has stains on them. Stains on the bed spreads.

We had a room on the second floor, going up the outdoor stairs my youngest daughter fell on a piece of the stairs that was sticking out and scrapped her leg really bad. Got to the room and it smelled old like moth balls and the AC unit which looked like it was from the 80’s wouldn’t turn on. The room was definitely outdated and didn’t look like the pictures online. Decided to go check out the pool so the kids could swim after our long drive and the pool has a pool liner that has folds and creases so it hurts your feet to walk on it, there was also a ring of dirt around the pools water edge. The hot tub was out of order but was also very dirty when they finally got it up and running. Pool towels are kept in a dingy/dirty Rubbermaid bin on the floor. Was feeling uneasy about staying at this hotel after all this, but retuning to the room and seeing two bugs scurry across the floor when we walked in sealed the deal, we left immediately and found somewhere else to stay. I did try and call the front desk twice while we were there to see if we could get another room or something and there was no answer.

The staff were all excellent. The room is dated and could use a paint and a deep clean. The breakfast is ok. There is a gym and pool but we didn't have time to use them. Parking is tight, especially when many large trucks, SUVs are over the lines.

Friendly front desk staff. Room air conditioner great. Be comfortable. Bathroom really needs a renovation. I chose not to use the tub. Wish I had taken a picture. It looked like it had been scrubbed and scratched so it looked dirty but probably wasn’t. Sink chipped too. Towels nice. Breakfast was good. Adequate choices for me.

We stayed 4 nights while visiting family in town. Check-in was quick & easy with the staff member answering all our questions. Our room was on the top (3rd) floor which would have been better if there was an elevator, as we are seniors, but was roomy & clean. AC was the typical noisy unit, but worked well. The toilet flushed very poorly, not because of plumbing issues, but just the way it was, often requiring more than one flush. Breakfast each morning was continental a waffle maker. Adequate, but some eggs/protein would be a nice addition. Location was great; easy to get there & everywhere else we needed to go. Super 8, I'd love it if you added lotion to room amenities. Overall, we had a pleasant stay.

The room was very clean, quiet. The hot tub was amazing! The staff was very polite, informative, nice. The food was good, typical for a motel. The bed was very comfortable and clean. Awesome stay!
