We stayed here with our dog for one night, and the staffs are super nice. The lady who helped us checking in gave us a bigger room so there’s more space for my dog to hang around. The room is very clean, new and well equipped. Highly recommend if you are staying in Medicine Hat. Only down point is the AC is a bit loud.

The only reason I give it a 4/5 is because in the morning I could hear kids running / jumping around upstairs. Other than that, I’d come back. Everything about the hotel was fantastic. Breakfast had lots of selections, it was good.

10/10 would stay again. Cindy went above and beyond at checkin. Room was perfect. I usually stay at TownePlace for business as love the rolling table/desk option, but the space worked just as well for relaxing and visiting. Breakfast is top notch. Amazing selections and little details. Leslie ensured we had everything we needed.

Nice amenities and beautiful room
The check-in was fantastic and quick. The rooms are spacious and clean and the amenities are wonderful!. We use the outdoor barbecue and sat around the outdoor fireplace. It was such an enjoyable time.
