Rooms are clean and comfortable. The Staff at both the front desk and Bistro were very courteous every morning, making for a great start of the day. We did not expect any special treatment but David O. sure made us feel that way. Thank you David. Convenient location with Mover stations around the corner and bus stops near by, we had no need for a rental car this time. Watching the sun rise at Bayfront Park is worth the approx. 8 min. walk!

The only issue we encounter there was the toilet tank when we checked in was on the verge of falling off. Someone from the cleaning staff should have reported it and had it forwarded to maintenance.

Rooms old, dated bathrooms need work to say the least guest smoking and vaping in exercise room on floor 7 reported to front desk person then moved from exercise room to lobby on floor 9 and continued had two rooms asked early to have on same floor they forgot gave a room on 7 and 9 meaning daughter was two floors below r asking on streets all night feel exhausted won’t stay here again
