Rooms are clean and comfortable. The Staff at both the front desk and Bistro were very courteous every morning, making for a great start of the day. We did not expect any special treatment but David O. sure made us feel that way. Thank you David. Convenient location with Mover stations around the corner and bus stops near by, we had no need for a rental car this time. Watching the sun rise at Bayfront Park is worth the approx. 8 min. walk!

Staffs were excellent and they were very helpful. Hotel was nice and clean. Its location is convenient to Whole Food store and Bayside/Bay Front Park are within walking distance. The air conditioner was kinda loud and there was no option to adjust the noise level. There were a lot of weed smoking and homeless people on the streets.

There was no airport shuttle & have to pay $42 for parking per day. Could be nice if there was free continental breakfast. But thank you for the hot coffee every morning.

This is a really nice hotel.It's clean and spacious.We arrived early and couldn't check in but they did put our luggage up for us so that was nice.There are restaurants right up the street as well as other stores,so you have a variety of places to eat.I would definitely stay here again.

Asked for the sofa bed to be pulled out and made up no one ever came. Had no housekeeping for the first three days asked twice and only got housekeeping after asking the second time. The bathroom is a wet room and so the entire floor gets wet every time you shower. Staff was nice and location is great but altogether not the best experience.
