The reason for low ratings was staff billed me when I had prepaid directly with the hotel which was a major inconvenience when I boarded the ship. I had to call from ship to let them know of their error and person who answered phone would not connect me to the manager. Thank God I had travelled with another card for it took 7 days to clear from my card Room had many nicks in furniture which I notified management right away so I wouldn't be charged. Also we were given a room right in front of elevator front desk person just said their wasn't any rooms available at the time didn't offer us to wait til one became available. Cocktail reception put us in better mood. Singer was amazing

Facility is at full capacity currently. There are many people here who have evacuated from the Gulf side due to Hurricane Milton and have pets. The facility has many areas to walk pets and there is several stations with doggy bags available. The atrium is large, relaxing and well appointed with outlets for phone charging, etc.
