I liked the beach view, my trip was horrible, bed had dip in it and killed my back, wife’s back also,parking was horrible had to park truck and trailer 20 min away and jeep I had to pay 70 dollars a day to park in garage few blocks away! Staff said they were gonna help me with parking but did not at all, I was parked outside for 2 hrs waiting to get in room and they ignored me. Staff was very rude at all times, they charged resort fee even though they were closed at pool and beach, pool table had 2 balls missing so couldn’t even play pool, paid hundreds of dollars on Uber just to get to my vehical, breakfast was very expensive, food was cold and nasty and managers and staff were rude. Everybody we talked too said the beds jacked there backs up, at least 6 couples we spoke with said same thing! I will never stey there again even if u paid me to stey! I’m so upset with the way staff talked to me! Horrible I rate it 0 out of 10! My room also had crumbs on floor as if it wasn’t vacuumed before and I witnessed housekeeper changing bed sheets and remaking bed for new customer with old bed comforter absolutely nasty! Quiet time is 9oclock so sit in lobby and stare at wall because they won’t let u do anything, or u can go sit in your room and never get any sleep because your bed is horrible

Biggest issue was lack of parking. It cost an average of 100 dollars a day for parking. Vusiting multiple places would increase that cost. I spent a 1/3 of my time in trafic. I would not recommend this stay.

Good stay for a short time, walkable to amenities. A few characters hanging outside of the hotel made it uncomfortable. The elevator is accessible to anyone without a keycard, the room door is thin making hallway noise loud. As a solo traveller it felt unsafe, given the high price of a night I expected a bit more but was fine to stay for a night.

Moldy smell in rooms. Description of rooms say queen beds but they were full size. The sliding door to the balcony was very hard to open. On of the showers only had hot water, so we couldn't use it. The pool bar was not open for any of the 3 days we were there. We liked the elevators, very fast and none were out of order. Convenient CVS accross the street.

I'm not sure if the property is even safe. We were on the 9th floor of 10 total. In front of almost every room there was a water leak. Not in the room, but in the hallway. It seemed to be in the areas where the sprinkler heads were. The fire alarm went off several times in the middle of the night, false, but I wonder if there was really a fire if the sprinklers would even have worked. Staff was helpful and friendly.

Room was clean but smelt like mold as soon as you turned the air on. A/C in the living room area didn't cool. Dining room closed for deep clean. Visible pockets of water under paint on ceiling in hallway size of a small balloon leaking water. Limited parking was made to valet Park my own car because ithey said it was to big (Kia carnival) then was charged valet service. Room came with umbrella and two chairs on the beach for each day. Was given a band for each to show rental stand on beach. Teenage boy tried to rip us off and was trying to tell my 22 y/o daughter oh those hands are just so you know you're in a hotel you still have to pay the rental fees for the chairs and umbrellas. He tried to tell me husband the same thing until I went up there and was like no theses chairs and umbrella come with the room! Then he was like oh yeah, you're right what room are you staying in and pulled out a clip board with the hotel guest log....
