Pillows need to be replaced, very flat. The pillows where not comfortable at all. Chairs in the room where dirty. The hot tub was nice but didnt get very warm. The fireplace was amazing, kept the room warm.

I stayed here on vacation with three adults and two kids. We really enjoyed being at this property! Pros: One of the things I like most are all the common areas with fire pits and tables to hang out. The kids had a blast at the swimming pool. Breakfast was sufficient to get us started for the day. I appreciated that they provide house slippers to wear in the room. Cons: The room was in a bit of disrepair. One of pictures was obviously missing off of the wall and the headboard was very scratched up. There's also a lot of rust stains around the floor because of the humidity of the area. The bath products are not the best so bring your own shampoo, conditioner and soap. But those little things don't bother us too much so we overall had a great time.

The room was lovely, we really liked the fireplace. But the "breakfast" was limited. Prepackaged cold cereal, oatmeal, and bagels. Nothing fresh, despite being so close to where fruits are grown.

Oh gosh, what a rip off! I can’t believe I paid $400 for a night!! They gave us the wrong room, it wasn’t king bed that I booked. Pictures lie. I also thought the room was going to be much bigger since we were traveling with a baby and needed space for a crib. I also requested a room away from the road so baby could sleep better and the hostess was not willing to accommodate that. The property looked pretty big and she was just like “we are fully booked”. The furniture had cuts in them, chair was completely torn! Bathroom was just ok. Again, not like the pictures they put on here. Breakfast is super average, I had to get my food elsewhere. We used the pool and spa, spa smelled of chlorine. But mostly ok.

The hotel and location was amazing! Definitely had a great stay. The only thing I would say is that the floors were not the cleanest and the furniture was rather dusty but it didn’t get in the way of the trip!
