A gem in the downtown section of Nanaimo. Unless you have road side accommodation it's very quiet and clean. Helpful front desk and close to ferry and banks, etc.

I'm very happy with the cleanliness of the room. That's the number one thing for me! Even the bathroom is sparkling clean 😲. The lady at the front desk was very friendly and helpful when checking us in. She even tolerated my husband's jokes. I love the huge table area in the room with plenty of space to unpack our things. Could've used some clothes hangers though, but not a big deal. We will stay here again, if and when I return to Nanaimo.
