Older motel but rooms are very modern with large HDTV, plenty of electrical outlets for charging and a very large bathroom. Clean and comfortable, highly recommended.

I'm very happy with the cleanliness of the room. That's the number one thing for me! Even the bathroom is sparkling clean 😲. The lady at the front desk was very friendly and helpful when checking us in. She even tolerated my husband's jokes. I love the huge table area in the room with plenty of space to unpack our things. Could've used some clothes hangers though, but not a big deal. We will stay here again, if and when I return to Nanaimo.

Overall a great place to pop in for a night or 2! Large fresh faced rooms with comfortable beds and a huge tv! Right of a main street in nanaimo so easy enough to get around!

We used this motel this weekend and I was amazed and how they went above and beyond for us by upgrading our room to the family suite , it was BEAUTIFUL !! The staff from the office staff to the cleaners were all super friendly and helpful ! The motel smells and is very clean ! I will be using again very soon

On a positive, the staff are great - very helpful and friendly. The room is ok for the price - microwave, Keurig and fridge are nice touches. The con is the noise from the street - it all comes through the walls and window.
