If you are working from home, why not do it from sunny Florida in our Sunshine Daydream home that is less than a mile from the beach? This completely renovated bungalow, in the sought-after 500 block of Naples Park, with top-of-the-line finishes is sure to amaze!!! There is plenty of room for the whole family with this open floor plan and a large, covered lanai overlooking a private tropical oasis with an enclosed, heated pool and spa.

The covered, screened lanai has comfortable sofa seating as well as an outdoor table, flat screened tv, lounge chairs, and a Weber LP grill. There is also an outdoor shower to wash off the sand after returning from your day at the beach.

The fully stocked kitchen is state-of-the-art with gleaming quartz counters, SS appliances, pantry, and a huge island with counter seating for 5. The large laundry room has a washer and dryer, utility sink, and loads of cabinet space. There is a new (2021) whole-house water filtration system.

The home has a dedicated dining room with seating for 6 that also shares duty as a home office. It is set up with a spacious desk, bookcase, and a wireless printer.

The master bedroom boasts a new split-king adjustable bed, a private updated bath, and access via a sliding patio door to the lanai. The second bedroom features a queen sized bed and the third bedroom has two XL twin beds that can be made into a king bed. The two guest bedrooms share a beautiful bathroom with plenty of storage.

This home is equipped with everything you could possibly need for your beach vacation including beach chairs and umbrella, sand toys, 4 bicycles and helmets, kids bike trailer, beach cart, books, games, and puzzles. We also provide a pack-n-play, a booster high chair, kids cups, plates, and silverware for any families traveling with small children.

Non-shedding dogs are welcome with owners approval prior to booking.

Walk or bike to either beach, The Turtle Club, La Playa, The Ritz, and much more. The nearby Waterside Shops, Venetian Village, and Mercado offer some of the best shopping and dining in Naples.

As Advertised and More!!
What can we say about this rental that has not already been said? It is more than advertise. Like lots of folks, I rely mostly on the five star rating and the review comments when choosing a rental. We could not find a single flaw in any of the reviews and that is why we chose this place and it did not disappoint. Ruth has thought of literally everything. We even tried to stump the rental at some point by saying “Surelythey won’t have a juicer.” Well, they had a juicer. Same with a few other unusual kitchen items. She has them all. The house is marvelously appointed and extremely comfortable. We were there for an orchestra audition, and there was plenty of room to make noise and not worry about disturbing the neighbors. The bathrooms were gorgeous, and the bedrooms were wonderful. All of the beds were extremely comfortable. I love that. There is new washer and dryer. We use them very often. Mostly, we spent our time on the back deck by the pool. The pool was beautiful, clean, bug free, and had everything we would want. I never thought I would care about having an outdoor television, but we used it often. The hot tub was wonderful as well. We did not have to worry about heating the pool as the temperature. It was plenty warm enough. The location proximity to the beach was amazing, The beach pass was also a welcome addition, to the state park. The neighborhood itself felt very safe. Lots of families. We never worried at all. Ruth is a fantastic host, in constant communication.

Simply Sensational!!!
My family and I had the opportunity to rent the Sunshine Daydream & had the absolute best vacation experience! Mrs. Ruth goes above & beyond to accommodate your every need by communication with you before your arrival & during your stay. It is immaculate & private with having quick access to beaches, dining, & shopping. Beach gear/beach towels are provided so all you have to do is unpack your suitcase & have fun! The outdoor living space & pool were top notch & enjoyable to relax at after a day at the beach. We will definitely return to this rental in the future!

Fantastic!
This house is perfectly located for easy access to the beach, restaurants, and shopping. It was the perfect location for our family to enjoy a break from the cold winter up north. The house is beautifully appointed, and the amenities are amazing. The landscape is gorgeous and made for a beautiful setting to relax by the pool and in the hot tub. Great House!
The Sunshine Daydream house was perfect for our family of 6 vacation. We have stayed in this neighborhood before so we knew the area well. Ruth (the owner) was great with communication before our arrival and with checkout instructions. We didn't have any problems with the house while we were there so we didn't need to contact her but I am confident she would been quick to respond as evidence with her quick communication prior to our arrival. Clean house with everything you need. Would highly recommend this house!

Thanksgiving in the Sun ☀️
From the moment we walked in it was a very easy process. The home is kept up immaculate, and everything on the listing was completely correct. The home was set up perfect for the beach , cooking and entertaining The pool and spa were perfect temperature and very easy to use with everything that was provided to us with instructions. We loved the patio outside with the TV. This is by far one of the best rental homes that we have rented. And we can’t wait to come back.

Great location, awesome outdoor space!
This beautifully decorated home is in the perfect location close to beaches, shops and restaurants. We walked to the beach for sunrise and sunsets but spent our days by the amazing pool. The Spa is great even though we only used it once. The weather was so beautifully warm, even in the evening but we imagine it would feel fantastic in cooler months. You could just use it at pool temp for the jets if you wanted. We spent most of our time outside in the lanai area which is the major reason we chose this property. Outdoor lounge seating, dining table, chaise lounges and the pool. No need to be inside other than to sleep. Backyard is surrounded by lush gardens and fencing offers wonderful privacy. The house is very tastefully decorated and well stocked with everything you might need including all beach items with a cart to transport. Communication with Ruth was great. We didn't need anything other than some area advice and she was quick to assist. We would definitely stay here again. Thank you for sharing your home with us.

I’ve been booking thru VRBO for the past few years, and I can honestly say this is at the top of my list. The owner Ruth, from the gate was top notch, after booking she requested a live phone call to get to know me, and my family. We talked for a good half hour or so getting to know each other. From there, she kept open communication with me about payments, questions, or anything else we may need. The day before heading down to Naples I received check in instructions, clear and very easy to follow. Check in was flawless. We stayed a total of 11 nights, best nights sleep I have ever gotten in a rental property. Beds are like sleeping on marsh mellows!! My families favorite thing about the house was obviously the pool area, but Ruth went above and beyond with the screened in pool area. Last year, we had a beautiful pool at our rental property in Georgia, but the mosquitos down south must love our northern blood, we got eaten alive in Georgia, but not this year!! We would swim all night long in Naples here, and not get a single bite. To boot, you also have the spa which was great too!! Anyways, you can come to this property with your clothes, and your groceries and not need a single other item. Ruth provides you with EVERYTHING you could possibly need. So please, take my advice and book a stay here, you will not regret it. Everything is within 2 miles of the property, the beach, Walmart, Publix grocery store, alcohol for the adults, endless places to eat dinner, and then go get ice cream. Come on people, it’s not rocket science, do it, you only live once!! Live like Kings and Queens at Ruth’s property here in Naples Florida!!

Ruth’s place was perfect for our family! Close to the beach, bikes, beach equipment and fabulous home made for the perfect beach stay. This has to be one of my favorite places! The decor was lovely. Our recent stay was just perfect! The home is clean, spacious and beautiful. Kitchen was gorgeous! Everything we could possibly need to stay in, cook/grill, hit the beach, and be entertained was there and available for our use. It was just like home. Pool was beautiful and sunny all day long. The house is beautiful! It looks even better than the pictures show. We had plenty of space (family of 5). The house is very immaculate inside and out. The appliances are very clean and top of the line. The kitchen was very well stocked which was nice. The bathrooms were beautiful and super clean. Each bathroom has soap, shampoo, conditioner and toilet paper. The house has everything that you need for vacation: beach towels, umbrellas, beach chairs, even a cooler to take on the beach. There are 4 bikes plus a bike trailer for the kids. It’s only 7 min. To the beach by bike. The pool and jacuzzi were very clean. The owners were very easy to reach and very responsive to questions. The neighborhood was quiet. We will stay again for sure.

Naples Park Paradise
We (4 adults, 2 kids) were very, very happy with our stay here and felt the house was easily spacious enough for the 6 of us. The owners, I would say, have thought of everything to make your stay here as "home away from home" as possible. The house is immaculate inside & out and the amenities you will need to use during your stay are top-notch. The included state park pass and proximity to Delnor-Wiggins State Park makes it easy to be the only beach you need to visit (Tip: You can find great shells at low tide at Beach #5. Just go around the bend a bit where the Gulf meets the Cocohatchee). Our kids love the beach but they also had a fantastic time just using the pool. We had great communication with the owner as she was just a text or a call away and very accommodating to our needs. We would definitely stay again! Highly recommended.

Remote Work Getaway
I stayed at Ruth's property for a week at the end of May, and everything was wonderful. The property looks exactly like the pictures, is very clean, and comes with everything you need for a comfortable stay. While most of the time was spent on the patio, the interior of the home (particularly the bed) was very comfortable. Ruth responded immediately and quickly resolved one issue, and everything went very smoothly. The location is excellent, within walking distance of the beach. I'm already planning for a return visit.
