Nice place to stay!
We were greeted by Charlene upon checking in and was made to feel right at home instantly. Our room was neat, clean and had everything we needed. The bed was very comfortable. Breakfast is a "toast" bar, which included bagels, toast, muffins, etc., but also yogurt, cereals and fresh fruit. We plan to stay here again the next time we are in Didsbury.

This property fulfilled our needs which were a comfortable bed close to the activity we we taking part in. There was a continental breakfast which was adequate, nothing special, but did the job. If necessity arose I would stay here again.

The door on the side of the building is always open, outsiders can come whenever so I felt it wasn’t safe.

Pluses. Room large and air con good, bed clean. Area has some good food at the bars and restaurants...green bamboo chinese and roosters thai food were very good. Negatives. Our room 204 absolutely stank it had a really bad smell. Constant in there after a day in the sun with no ventillation it was rank. Only there for a few days. We put up with it as only there short time. It was mentioned to the manager. I hope the other rooms did not have this smell, carpets, garbage who knows where it came from.

Misscommunication between hotels.com & property
Everything went well. Staff super accommodating polite and friendly. Ended up being a bit of a mix up with my booking and front desk told us after checking out on day two of our stay that we owed money for our “second room” that we had not booked but for some reason was showing up in their system that we had. They said they would Handle it and I was not made to pay for this “second room” that we didn’t use. But yea still a stressful little mishap
