Nice clean place with kind staff. We needed to check in early and they had no concerns with letting us do so. The lovely woman who checked us in even went up to our room to physically check that it had been cleaned and was ready for us. Hotel overall is older but well maintained. Mini fridge in the room was older and had a cracked handle, but bed, towels, and bathroom were all spotless so it was a nice stay. Secure place to stay - we returned to the hotel late at night and the front door was locked, but we were able to get into a side door with the key. Our room was upstairs; I didn’t see whether there was an elevator or not, but I’m sure you could call to check if you need one. Seems like most rooms you need to go up or down stairs to access. Thanks for the nice stay!

We stayed here for 4 days. I placed the clean room sign on the doorknob Monday came that evening and room wasn’t cleaned. Went down to front desk and asked if they can clean/restock for Tuesday the worker said ok. Left Tuesday morning came that evening room wasn’t cleaned once again. I went reminded them again about cleaning. Room wasn’t cleaned/restocked at all the 4 days we stayed here. Workers are never around it’s like a ghost town in here.

Nice place to stay!
We were greeted by Charlene upon checking in and was made to feel right at home instantly. Our room was neat, clean and had everything we needed. The bed was very comfortable. Breakfast is a "toast" bar, which included bagels, toast, muffins, etc., but also yogurt, cereals and fresh fruit. We plan to stay here again the next time we are in Didsbury.

This property fulfilled our needs which were a comfortable bed close to the activity we we taking part in. There was a continental breakfast which was adequate, nothing special, but did the job. If necessity arose I would stay here again.
