The motel is old but the beds, rooms and bathrooms are clean. For the price, it was a good choice and we would stay there again. It is within walking distance to a Smitty’s - the food was excellent - 2 liquor stores, a Mexican restaurant and Subway.

The owner has done what they can with the property and I commend them on doing a good job. The only reason I only gave 4 stars is the facility is older but it is priced well for the amenities.

Price was fair. Bed was ok. Walls and floor were not clean but the sheets and towels were cleaned. The staff was very friendly. The continental breakfast was lacking quantity.

Very budget stay, room was hot, room had 1970's AC unit that didn't really do anything but make noise. No hot water at all. Room was 3/4 updated.

there was blood splatters on the wall, in the shower curtain and on the bathroom floor. bedding was clean but did not feel comfortable walking around the room without shoes

Decent little place. The owner's out there himself in the morning sweeping sidewalks, so obviously he cares to keep the place up. Very pleasant, and put us where we asked to be.
