Nice hotel, room service needs improvement
On the first day, one of our items went missing. Management was very professional handling the issue, but for the rest of our stay we had to lock all our stuff every time we left the hotel. In addition to that, room service was not as one should expect from Marriot: we had to leave notes asking for clean glasses, coffee and conditioner replacements. That said, the room was nice, bed was comfortable, decent shower and air conditioning worked perfectly (which is a requirement to survive Orlando). Parking is a bit expensive (18 bucks a day) considering the parking lot is open and uncovered. Overall, it is worth your buck, would stay again.

The property is close to a couple restaurants but the streets around property are crowded. Property was clean with the exception of a smell in the lobby. Rooms were clean and parking was great. Waffle House and gift shop in the same parking area. My only complaint is the breakfast is not complementary. Not even the cheese and fruit!!!! Might as well go to the Waffle House!

Friendly staff and clean rooms! The lobby and bar area were nicely updated as were the rooms. The only issue we had was when we turned the sink on in the bathroom it ran out brown water for about 30 seconds, maybe our room had not been used in awhile. Overall we would definitely stay here again the next time we visit the parks.

Great modern hotel, good proximity to Disney Springs and Disney parks. It’s a very busy street by I-4 exits. A bit noisy . We will stay again. The tv had a crack in the screen , needs to be replaced.
